Our Adai Mix is a wholesome blend of lentils and rice, inspired by traditional Tamil recipes. Rich in protein, fiber, and flavor, this ready-to-cook mix makes crispy, filling adai dosas that are perfect for breakfast, dinner, or post-workout meals. Just mix, ferment (optional), and cook!

Tur Dal, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Red Rice, Brown Rice, Cumin, Red Chili, Curry Leaves, Hing (asafoetida), Salt (optional)

📝 How to Use:

  1. Mix 1 cup Adai Mix with enough water to form a thick batter.

  2. Rest for 15–30 mins, add eno if ur making instant (or ferment overnight for softer texture).

  3. Add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chili, and grated veggies (optional).

  4. Pour on a hot tawa and cook like a dosa. Serve with chutney or podi.
