Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

Accept returns on sealed, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Excludes opened supplements and perishable goods.

  1. Return Process

Contact support (healthnwhole@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive an RMA to ship the product back.

  1. Refund Details

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, credited via the original payment method or as store credit.

  1. Refund & Shipping Costs

Refund amount equals the product price minus original shipping charges. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order and photo proof. We offer full refunds or replacements and cover return shipping.
